    Black swan and ON did not do well but still they promoted them like crazies. Even if your song doesn't do well with g hardcore fans will buy like crazy considering your hard work.     agree with this. BP needs to promote more all over the world, which is exactly what BTS did. Can't help with YG's tactics though

    Promotions ended long ago and dynamite is still inside Spotify global gaining nearly 1m streams to this day and charting on several other charts. Sure promo gave it exposure but the song has to have that jest to became a worldwide hit like Dynamite.

    Yet it always fell short. I don't like Blackpink music and think they are overrated, but I kinda feel pity for them right now. If they think YG or korean companies are devil, then US labels esp UMG-Instercope are devil in disguise and very tricky. Interscope will make sure to squeeze Blackpink every way they can to compensate their work for promoting them and getting these deals. Shame.

    that will be too much works for the girls. less than 10 performances in a month and only lisa n rose that still slays the choreo in the latest kimmel performance. and that's with less heavy choreo for pv n sd. can't imagine how their tour gonna be.

    They are not a priority artist for UMG. They’re gonna do that tour, and that’s it.
