Guys, I listened to it again and ChaeNnie doesn't actually say "Whipitwhipitwhipit." They say, "Whipeewhipeewhipee/Whipeewhipeewhipeet." They're using liaisons just like most native English speakers do when speaking/singing (especially Americans) so some consonant sounds disappear.
