Who is to blame for messy SM management?

Mediocre song choices. Mediocre promotions. Constant errors and delays. Is all this mostly LSM's fault (for embezzling profits)? Who's actually in charge at SM?

NCT 127 “world tour” schedules are a mess. What is SM thinking with those weird all of a sudden concert announcements. And not even SM is the one announcing the concerts like the Singapore concert. They suck.

LSM hasn't been in charge for years. Like maybe 6 or so years ago they got a new CEO and CFO and a lot of their upper management changed. LSM is pretty much just aa figurehead who has been trying to sell his stocks and jump ship for years now.
