For the record Enhypen hasn't surpassed TXT yet. With that growth, I wouldn't say that they are stagnant either. They are only a 3-year old group and I think one of the top 4th gen groups now.
Don't forget them debuting after BTS had both its benefits and pressure. They faced pressure from comparisons with fans of their seniors and not everyone embraced their debut.
So I would stop putting pressure on their growth based on assumptions on what they should be. Their first two years was also met with lack of fan meets and promotions etc. due to covid. They may have gained more fans if they had a headstart on proper promotions. Considering where they are now, I would say that they have lots more to look forward to.
