More likely they're being buttered (their fave!) up to try and ensure negotiations go well, like Twice. We'll have to see if Taehyung will be made to stay under the thumb or not. He's looked miserable ever since they first re-signed.

LMAO, like I could do a worse job? Having common sense isn't unusual. It is something that the current HYBE/BH CEOs and HYBE stans are in need of. I hope you stop trying to control other fans. Fans can do as they want. You can continue to support HYBE and and I can continue to drag HYBE. Western acts have more protection from labels. You do realize that Megan was able to sue her own label and eventually released her collab with BTS? Artists in the west can sue their labels for mismanagement and unfair practices. SK entertainment companies always have the backing of the courts and idols are less likely to sue because of that. They also have less grounds to sue because of the slave contracts. BTS are big enough to act like a western artist in demanding better contracts and treatment but I have yet to see evidence of this. BTS have the upper hand but they seem to keep bowing down and this might be their decision but their career will suffer. HYBE has publicly said many times that they want to decrease their dependence on BTS. They are doing what they said by sabotaging BTS. What company in their right mind sabotages their main bread winner (who has still not peaked and has a lot of potential still) in order to make less money. BTS could’ve make more money this year, period. HYBE also had some very messy PR issues that negatively impacted BTS’ reputation in SK and alienated fans. Why is anyone praising HYBE?
