The raffle ticket system exists outside of Korea, Jpn artists have been doing this for a long while when the demand is higher than the actual number of seats. I actually participated in a few to see my favorites in Japan and it was not this complicated. I could even buy up to 4 tickets.

Hopefully, everyone dresses in a swimsuit or atleast in a boho vibes so I wouldn't be left out After all, the venue is literally in a beach.
