Autobiographical albums are inspired by the artists life events.

There is SHINee Jonghyun's Story Op 1 & 2 and now Key's Gasoline will also be an autobiographical album

I love autobiographical albums because it feels sincere and relatable. My favorite is RM's first mixtape. It is more of a reflection of his emotions and thoughts but it really paints a vivid picture of what he was going through. It is an intense album but he seems to have moved on and seems to be a more mellow and happier person.

I think its great. artists should have the freedom to write songs about their life.
