I’m not American but I’ve used eBay for Kpop albums and shipping is usually less than $5 the only issue is you could be waiting a month or two for it to be delivered from Korea.

this is the Korean seller I buy from. I’ve never had any issues with them. I just clicked on a first version of the gasoline album I saw. For me it’s showing up as free shipping and €30. Hopefully it’s Similar for you

I`m german, so sadly I cant help. we have 2 german shops that sell kpop albums, so I already ordered mine (vhs version).
