I don't think it's necessarily MHJ that has the support, it's the normal people who don't want the court of public opinion to have so much weight and power. We've already seen multiple times people create a narrative and the mob runs with it til it has adverse effects on those involved. It's a very dangerous precedent.
People will stan anything and anyone.
MHJ is way too emtionally invested in NJ. She must see herself in the members/group because this constant justification and defense is getting over the top. She needs help. She is acting more like a kpop stan than a company CEO.
There was absolutely no need for the statement. The songs are doing great, and the scandal never made front page news, it was just a youtube video made by some rando. The only noise it made was on Pann.
