VMA group of the year has been already decided

BTS & BP were on opposite sites & clearly have the biggest fandoms of the groups at their respective sides

everyone can see MTV planned it all out so that they will both end in the final for as much traffic possible.

this would be an interesting battle if fairness could be insured by showing the votes...

however, we all know the last round is swiping up, where we can't see the votes - which gives vma the chance to pick their own winners without having to be transparant. i hope everyone keeps voting & will be fair, but i think it's pretty much all for nothing. vma suddenly adjusting their eligible time rule to include bp in this category in the first place makes me believe they will make sure the group that is going to perform this year, will win.

Vmas suddenly adjusting, blah blah blah. VMAS has never put out any statement about their rules of eligibility, they choose who to nominate and who not. In the same way they nominated BP, they nominated Lizzo and Shawn in other years despite not putting out new music.

why is it so hard for y'all to admit things look shady? nowhere did i say bp doesn't deserve awards, but this one is clearly one handled behind the scenes... only thing i agree is that, in the end, award shows like VMA & PCA will often pick their noms & winners without much tranparancy

I mean k awards shows do that too,no news

We already know who the winner will be. That group might as well take the trophy right now.

Again where is the official VMA statement about the eligibility period? Now, Why you ditch the mention of Lizzo and Shawn nomination? maybe this problem with eligibility and nominates it isn't anything else than the biased hatred of a fandom, yours, to be specific.
