Why is Hybe working with LDH?

Do Ldh or Hybe actually need each other to be honest? Ldh have their own style that separates them from Kpop. Why can't Hybe Japan just do this on their own to make their japanese gg? Jyp did it all by himself with NiziU with NiziU project and attracted overseas fans.
