Hasn’t it already been decided? Twice started flopping only 4 years into their career and were regularly matched or beaten by other ggs (digitally and albums). SNSD managed to keep their top status until 2016 when Twice blew up and their only flop was Holiday which was like a smash hit compared to Scientist lol.
