Do you like idols produced songs?

Or do you prefer non-idol produced songs?

Depends on how the song sounds like cause if a experienced producer only makes shitty music or the idol just makes shitty music than of cause I don't like either

depends on who and what song. I simply can't say I love all "self produced" (quotation marks because kpop stans love to act like writing one line vs writing and composing or even arranging a song are equal) kpop songs even though the majority of my favorite songs in kpop are self produced

in my experience how involved an idol is in their music and the quality of the song tend to correlate, no company would let idols whose work isn't on par with non-idol producers' work get too heavily involved (for mediaplay at best).

If I like the song, then kudos to whoever produced it, idol or not.

Depends on the song. But fans sure put more importance on them the songs actually made by people whose full time job is producing and/or songwriting.
