This question presumes it is easy to get into acting.
Companies try their best to promote the groups/idols. with the limited resources they have. It is not as though they are refusing if an acting opportunity comes knocking. But to go after the chances, is also additional cost and work to the agency, which they are busy using up in music.
Secondly, most idols may not be cut for acting, otherwise they could have gone for an acting career than try be an idol.
Third, acting does not bring immediate and drastic increase in profits to the agency, as does record and merch sales to fandom.
Fourth, acting puts too much independent power in the hands of the idol-actor, that they can dump the agency, whereas groups are tied to the brand which can be better controlled by the agency.
So unless it "happens", agencies managing idol groups have more reasons not to push idols into acting.
