- Making them seem exclusive? So far they have only released their music and MVs, none of those extra behind the scene/episode/reaction videos so far on their youtube channel. I'm guessing no debut variety shows too -> BP's strategy?

FYI it was min heejin's idea not hybe. She's the creative director in Ador (newjeans label). Min heejin is the former art director and graphic designer in SM so I'm not surprised they're more aesthetically pleasing than other group in hybe.
Not right from the start. She was in Source Music for a long time but then HYBE decided they wanted LSRF and so Min Hee-jin was instead given her own lab and left Source.
Does this mean Newjeans are being pushed more and better than Le Sserafim by HYBE and enjoy more privileges?

Ador is more like a sister label of Soumu, she took their staff while leaving Soumu and new jeans was originally Soumu's gg as well. I think Hybe really trusts min heejin too much. But Bang si hyuk and her had some differenences that made him debut his own GG as an executive director.
