Love dive or lovesick girls which is the bigger hit in SK?

    Over 910m gaon points, 513k peak uls, 4,3m uls in Melon, 2,2M uls in Genie, still charting at 135 despite it being the last comeback of BP

    Too early to tell but both are really big. Love dive might end up being bigger

    August isn't even here yet smh.

    Love Dive have more longevity despite it didn't peak higher than lovesick girls.

    Charts arent comparable anymore cause change in rules. And love dive was more like a sleeper hit which crawled to #1 so definitely LD will have longer chart run up to this point but have to see longer run + digiral points

    comparing melon uls of songs released literally years apart is not the way to measure a song’s success like you think it is lol. love dive definitely made more noise than lsg both domestically and internationally, and narrative-wise one song is considered a breakout hit propelling its group to top stardom status while the other is perceived to be the underachieving “little brother” (or sister, whatever you wanna call it) to its group’s biggest hit of that year released 3 months prior. Love dive is gonna be in soty contention conversations and one of the most memorable and successful songs of that year while lsg won’t even be remembered much down the line lol especially in bp’s discography’s string of mega hits. A few puny differences in uls don’t fully reflect the whole picture at all.

    you overestimate LSG.

    LSG peaked higher, but Love Dive have better longevity.


    Love Dive after 14 weeks of release: 360M digital point on Gaon.

    Lovesick Girls after 14 weeks of release: 336M digital point on Gaon.


    Love Dive already outchart LSG after 14 weeks.

    Longevity is the key, not where you peaked.
