I don't understand what's wrong with that, I've seen lots of people doing it and I'm in Europe. What's the point here ?
well it's a hairstyle for black ppl. and it can be pretty irritating to see non black ppl wearing them (for a black person). normally when non black ppl wear them they never look good.

It’s because non black people use it as a hairstyle when it fits their mood whereas black people have this hairstyle based on their culture and are discriminated for it in job interviews, for not being formal/professional in many settings.
