Should Jhope have served something like Nayeon - Pop?

  • Jhope’s solo is geared towards arts not charts. However it seems people were just waiting for a fun bop from him. Should he have released something light and fun like Nayeon’s Pop instead of More?

  • Jhope's solo is anything but experimental, this is one of the most famous and liked genre out there. Only kpop fans think its not gp friendly. He needs to promote it more.

  • Why would he make bad music when he is perfectly capable of making good music

    Make it make sense

  • bts's music are gp-friendly, it's time for jung hoseok to do whatever he wants.

  • I refer you back to the "We're exhausted of making tween pandering music" group drinking session of a few weeks ago.

  • he needs to wear the same outfit

  • that's such a random comparison....

Pop is for females, I don't see any male soloist being able to pull this off. Heck I dont even see many female soloist who can pull this off properly...

Jhope has his own identify and will do his own thing

  • The usual excuse "arts but not charts"

Does that mean songs that chart well are not 'art'... BS.

Any artists who claims that he/she intentionally want to do something which the audience does not appreciate -is a fake artist.

But J-hope did not make that claim, only idiotic fans do so.

Artists do take risks, but they always hope the public also enjoys their new attempt. If the public does not, then they should be disappointed.

That is totally fine and healthy.

It is only unhealthy and delusional to presume that "oh my art is so great and public so dumb that they don't have the taste to appreciate my art".

Again it is Hobi's fans who are being thus.

Now whether he continues pursuing such or tries something new, is up to him.

somehow this is one of the most insane things I've read in anons :pepeshock:

I beg you, never talk about art again.

  • The public has shit taste and everyone knows

  • He is releasing this album to show what he hasn't shown so far through his music. Hope world showed jhope that everyone knows. Jack in the box is jhope's inner self which not many know.

More is just a pre release to give idea of what to expect from the album. That's why he did not promote more. Title tracks are always better and catchier. He will promote the title track.

He is doing what he he wants to do. That's what matters.

  • Let the guy do whatever he likes to do and didn't have the chance via BTS, the guy has deserved it.

  • Just let him do what he wants.

  • Have you listened to his new album? It's freaking good
