1. The fans must be freaking saddened by this

2. Isn't it because they have different management teams?

9. Isn't it based on their years of experience? Our company too, they barely do anything for their groups with seniority (there's time when they actually don't do anything..) but for rookies and hoobaes, they're going out of their way to decorate it. I don't really care
