In the spirit of all best cartoon getaways, Russian diplomats had to use a hand-pushed rail trolley to depart from their mission in North Korea.The eight diplomats and their families traveled by train and bus before pushing themselves across the Russian border for about 1km over train tracks. A more conventional exit from North Korea has not been possible since the country closed its land borders and banned international air travel early on in the pandemic.
