XG promotes in Korea

They're a global group

XG is odd. They have all Japanese members, make songs in English, and kind of structure themselves in a kpop style.

I suppose though since they market themselves as an international group is why they are like that and why they have some Korean promotions... rather than focusing solely on the Japanese market.

Technically a bit of both or I guess all 3. They are a JPOP group that sings only Western English type songs and only promote in Korea. Kind of like a group searching for a home. So I guess they are just a pop group right now.

As for how people are receiving them it's a mixed bag. Internationally people are kind of noticing them. Don't know how they are received in Korea but in Japan they are a non entity. That last has got to be harsh for them. Maybe they will rise up but right now they aren't being noticed that much.
