is love dive a national hit?

    i know love dive is super popular amongst kpop circles internationally but is it really a national hit? i know its doing well on charts but i dont really see other idols covering it/mentioning it, videos of korean gp singing it (like the videos of the kids singing love scenario), or just anything that constitutes massive popularity going on with it...

    Still Life still in the top 10 after three months. If it makes it to 4 months (around 17 weeks) in the top 10, it will have enough longevity to claim national hit status, to go along with its peak which destroys every other song released this year so far.

    Yes, it's a national hit. And multiple celebrities have mentioned IVE or LOVE DIVE? Do you mean just because you haven't seen any they don't exist. Not even sure why having other idols mentioning the song is even a requirement when the charts speak for themselves first and foremost.

    I think national hit is a bit above love dive , it’s too quiet for a national hit , tomboy was far more talked about by Koreans than love dive. There is no really specific killing part , narcissistic part that got popular you hardly see people do the move unlike tomboy where people copied the mannerism hands and swearing. Next level and tomboy are the only national hits to come out from 4th generation . Saying love dive is a national hit is the same thing as saying Blackpink playing with fire or itzy DALLA DALLA is a national hit . Just because it garnered no 1s on music chart is not enough to be national hit. National hit the impact is felt everywhere even international fans can feel the popularity in Korea . Just like cheer up, gee, next level, etc

    That’s why I don’t think it’s a national hit yet, but if it keeps charting high than my opinion will change

    It is definitely a hit, just look at the charts in SK it still comfortably at the top after 2 months of release and eleven still at top20

    I think its their summer cb that will be massive to leave no doubts though, considering no one expected LD to surpass Eleven completely but it did

    Don’t know but they would get a pak three months after release if it wasn’t for the irrelevant bug chart.

    if love dive is national hit then savage is too cause it got pak but people kept saying savage performed mid.
