Do you consider yourself eloquent when you speak?

I'm ok in writing, but speech is just meh in English and horrible in Viet. My mind doesn't work fast enough.

I can at times but most of the time no. I'm from New Jersey and I admit I have an accent with certain things. I feel like a lot of us are very slangy and curse a lot. Don't let my proper punctuation fool you xD I kinda suck at writing so I don't write much.

I'm not. Certainly not in English though probably not in my native language either.

When it comes to English, I simply lack the vocabulary necessary to sound eloquent. I can't form proper sentences. I also have a thick accent that I know makes me sound like a bit of a simpleton to native speakers.
