aespa didn't make it to Spotify Global?

  • So they can't sell out the reseller tickets to tonight's show, couldn't get their last 3 songs n Spotify 200, this one only managed a terrible 695k streams, the MV got less than 500k likes on D1, the second show in the US is like 50% not sold lol.

Where do SM expect US to believe the sales came from? China? Well they have less than 400k in China right now. Their US fandom isn't even buying tickets, it also tanked in Japan, Korea it underperformed, but as NCT show a big Korean fandom can breach Melon top 10 yet they couldn't.

Where is the 1.5m coming from? SM set them up.

    all fax no printer

Aespa has one big hit in Korea and a lot of cheap digipack sales to their name to give the appearance of popularity. In real life, they have no buzz outside of their niche. Wake up to SM’s trickery people.

I got jumped when I questioned their sales, but no one can answer why is their single flopping and where are those mysterious fans. They didn't have enough fans when their singles flopped on global charts/it was time to vote on MAMA, but they did when it came to selling 600k of their debut album. They didn't have enough fans for their fanmeeting and views/streaming, but they sure did when they sold 14k+ albums in the u.s. & already have 1.5 million!!! sales in their bag.

    Hmmmm :pepe-narrow-eyes:

  • Aespa still have over 200M streams for 2022 in Spotify with only a few songs to achieve that, so that's not bad at all.

Doesn't mean every song of theirs will be a Spotify hit, especially if a song has little carrying power on its own. We'll see, these are still early days.

  • How did you manage to shade sm and aespa but kinda complimented nct's fanbase power

Because while NCT may not have enormous Spotify and Youtube we now a few things. a] Their fans can chart them high enough on Korean charts(Aespa can't do this with Illusion or Lifes Too Short. b] They have strong fan voting power and SNS power. c]They have sold out several large venues, I believe including several 40-50 thousand seat Japan domes. d] They typically claim a much larger share of their sales going to China so they would get less help on Spotify and Youtube.

Aespa are currently claiming around 1.1m sales from outside China. That's an insult to peoples intelligence.

They are irrelevant in Japan, South East Asia, US, Europe and all their stats continually prove this. All of them. Come on, they can't even sell out proper venues. A cut down theater at around 2k tickets is still around 50% available.

This is an SS from a minute ago! The show is in a day and a half. I can't see this happening with literally any other million selling act, never mind a million selling girl group.
