I am with garam too. Even if she is proven guilty and if this happened when she was 12 then I am all the more with her. At that age no one knows anything. You are learning basic things of life at that age. You are bound to make mistakes. If she done the same at the age of 16 then my opinion would be different. But at 12, this should not be even talked about and should be fine. She should just apologise for it if she turns out guilty and plead to improve herself. She is still too young.
Im not saying Garam is guilty but this "she was 12 and at that age no one knows anything" is so naive. Psychopaths are born with no ability to empathize like you and if they hurt someone on purpose they will do that be at age 5 or 50 and they will never be able to undertand why thats bad. Its dangerous for you to believe that "every young person don't know what they're doing".

I'd do something usefull instead of defending a bully, she didn't get level 5 punishment for no reason. If it was on both sides, why didn't the victim who you like to call fake victim not get it. Also, you just wanna feel better about you having bullied someone yourself. I see no other explanation why you're on her side
