  • I. Introduction:

    THE7 (เดอะเซเว่น) is a seven-member boy group under Ganada Entertainment. They debuted on January 29, 2023 with the digital single "Get Loose". The 4 Thai members were picked through the Thai survival show; SEVEN STARS.


    History

    2022: Seven Stars

    On April 11, 2022, a teaser for the upcoming survival show Seven Stars was released through YouTube, showcasing the already decided Korean members for its final group; Woochul and Yunmin of the Korean boy group Newkidd, and former BOYS24 member Yongkwon. The auditions for the show were opened the same day and ran until April 29.


    Seven Stars premiered on July 2, with the finale being aired on September 17, with the contestants who ranked in the top two, as well as two contestants chosen by the Korean members, to debut in the show's product group. During the finale, four different contestants were revealed to make their debut; Peanut ranked first overall with 39.16% of the votes, Opp ranked second overall with 34.19%, and the last two contestants to become members were chosen by the Korean members, which were revealed to be Yoyo and Pa.


    2023: Debut with "Get Loose"

    On January 20, it was announced that the group's debut showcase would be held on January 29, with their debut single titled "Get Loose". Their name was revealed to be "THE7" on January 26.


    On March 19, 2024 Granada Entertainment anounced that the members contracts has ended effective March 24, 2024. The members will be going their seperate ways and the group will disband.
