[Un Cut] Hello Future


  • I. Introduction

    [Un Cut] is an ongoing YouTube variety/reality web series that follows members of the boy group NCT behind the scenes on albums, from recording sessions to dance practices to photo shoots. [Un Cut] Hello Future is a portion of the series that follows the making of the sub-unit NCT Dream's 2021 repackage album Hello Future.


    II. Overview

    NCT or Neo Culture Technology is a boy group under SM Entertainment. The group structure of NCT is unique among K-Pop groups due to the fact that the concept of NCT is an ever expanding group with "unlimited" members and it is comprised of several individual sub-units. Currently there are 23 members in NCT making up four individual sub-units.


    As sub-units prepare for their latest comeback, the [Un Cut] series has followed their preparations as a production diary beginning with NCT 127's Neo Zone in 2020.


    [Un Cut] Hello Future was the eighth album featured in the ongoing series. It was NCT Dream's repackage of the Hot Sauce album and was released on June 28, 2021. It also features all 7 original members.

    Content includes behind the scenes on the album jacket, MV, dance practices and track videos, as well as recording sessions.


    III. Episode List

    [Un Cut] Hello Future content originally launched and is available on the NCT Dream YouTube channel. Episodes ran from July 12 to 28, 2021. Episodes are 12-30 minutes.
