I. Introduction
My Full Name is the first album from Korean-American songwriter, producer and singer Chancellor. It was released on November 30, 2016 with the lead single "Surrender" featuring Lyn.
II. Background & Release
After years creating hits as part of the production team Duble Sidekick, Chancellor focused on his solo career and released his first solo single "손이 가 (Son E Ga)" in 2015. He released his debut album, including several songs that had previously been released as singles. "Son E Ga" was previously released on September 8, 2015, while "Better" was released on October 27, 2015. Two songs were pre-released ahead of the album: "Rodeo" on May 3, 2016. and "Murda" just ahead of the album's release on November 18, 2016.
The songs reflect his warm neo-soul R&B style, as well as his hip hop influences, including appearances by K-hip hop artists like Dok2, Bumkey and Paloalto. He wrote and produced all of the songs on the album.
