I. Introduction
Chancellor is the second full studio album of singer, songwriter and producer Chancellor. It was released on October 13, 2021 with double title tracks, "Midnight" and "사라지자 (Runaway With Me)"
II. Background & Release
Chancellor released his second album 6 years after the first one. He continued to write, record and produce singles for himself and feature on others during that time. In 2021, Chancellor moved to Kang Daniel's label, Konnect, then released his album a few months later.
The album maintains Chancellor's neo-soul R&B style, as well as his ongoing collaboration with popular K-hip hop artists like Paloalto and Gaeko. This album also includes two versions of previously released songs - a demo version of his duet with Taeyeon "Angel" as a bonus track and the previously released single "Walking in the Rain" with Younha. As with his previous releases, Chancellor wrote and produced all the songs on the album.
