I. Introduction
"Chocolate (Japanese Ver.)" is a digital single by Max Changmin, a South Korean singer and member of the boy group TVXQ. It was released on Dec. 22, 2021.
II. Background & Release
TVXQ remains tremendously popular in Japan under its alternate title, Tohoshinki. Changmin released his second Japanese solo EP in December 2021 through the TVXQ fan club a few weeks before the release of this single. This was his first solo Japanese single.
Changmin released the original version of "Chocolate" as the title track of his Korean solo EP Chocolate in 2020.
