II. Background
BamBam started teasing his upcoming comeback on December 13, 2021 with a moving teaser video. On December 14, he started releasing concept photo for his unnamed pre-single.
The set of concept photos released on December 16 showed BamBam with a mysterious woman and they also showed that the single would be called Who Are You. On December 17, it was shown that the mysterious woman was Seulgi in a video teaser.
More teaser photos of the two artists were released up until December 28 when the full song and MV were both dropped.
