Late Night Punch Punch Show


  • I. Introduction

    Late Night Punch Punch Show was a YouTube variety web series in the form of a talk show, hosted by NCT 127 members Doyoung and Jungwoo. The pair interview and play games with other members of NCT 127 in short segments.


    II. Overview

    The group structure of NCT is unique among K-Pop groups due to the fact that the concept of NCT is an ever expanding group with "unlimited" members and it is comprised of several individual subunits. Currently there are 23 members in NCT, making up four individual subunits, including the permanent unit NCT 127.


    As promotional support for the group's Neo Zone: The Final Round repackage album, the group created a spoof of late night talk shows, hosted by members Doyoung and Jungwoo. The title of the show comes from the album's title track, "Punch." Other members of the group appear in the show's band, Haechan's Children, including Haechan, Taeil, Johnny, Taeyong and Mark. Those members and the remaining members, Yuta and Jaehyun, also appear as guests on the show in interviews and games.


    There were 4 episodes that aired from May 12 to 28, 2020.
