Yuri (IZ*One)

Jo Yuri is born in Busan, South Korea. She is a female soloist known for a strong voice and one of the most promising talent in Kpop. She was the Main Vocalist of IZ*One. She helped the group become one of the biggest gg in the history of Kpop. She released her first single in October 2021. She is expected to comeback in 2022.

I. 2017 : Idol School

In 2017, she joined Mnet's new survival show Idol School as an independent trainee. She would go all the way to the finale episode but would finish 15th, missing the winning lineup by a few spots. The top 9 would debut under the name Fromis_9 the next year.

II. 2018 : Produce 48 and debut with IZ*One

In 2018, the young aspiring idol would try to debut another time on a sequel of a famous survival show, Mnet's Produce 48. After 10 weeks of fierce competition, Yuri would reach the finale and finally be able to debut with IZ*One, getting a solid 3rd place. On October 29th 2018, she will officially debut with the Mini Album COLOR*IZ and the title track La Vie en Rose, where she has the job to provide strong vocals.

III. 2018 - 2021 : IZ*ONE

After debuting with IZ*ONE, she would release 5 Korean Albums, 1 Japanese album and multiple singles in both languages. The group would break out in early 2020 with their comeback Fiesta and the album BLOOM*IZ. They would cap off 2020 as the highest selling girl group of the year and would disband in early 2021 after their last concert ONE THE STORY.

IV. 2021 : Beginning of her soloist career

In 2021, after a long break from promotion after the group disbanded, she would finally return with her first single on the October, 7th with the colorful track GLASSY.
