No matter how funny this story is to you, but I am a meat eater. My family is completely vegetarian and unfortunately some days I have to cook them dinner. To make it easier for myself to work in the kitchen, I come up with different life hacks for cooking vegetarian dishes. Basically, my parents prefer salads, so I buy ready-made salad mixes in advance and fill them with oil. I also bought a tofu press https://www.amazon.com.au/Tofu…ser-Drainer/dp/B086Q4TRG8 which makes tofu for these salads. I can't say that this press is universal, but it also helps me well in cooking. And how are you doing with food in your family?
