I used to put only cow milk in my coffee, but when I started working on weight loss, I changed my nutrition and replaced cow milk with soy one. It reduces cholesterol, is high in protein, calcium, and iron, and even can reduce the risk of cancer. Though it has to be noted, I can't drink it as I used to drink cow milk, because it leads to nausea.
