To explain it better, in the greek language we have masculine, feminine and neutral pronouns. The neoprouns do not work in the greek language at all mind you. Additionally, the neutral is almost always used for objects, animals etc and it sounds horrible when used for people. If you use plural (for example "they listens to music"), than you reference the ancient attica syntax (ancient Athens region syntax) which would add on the divide between Athens and the rest of Greece, since Athens receives the majority of funding, investments, public projects etc, and this has created a huge rift with the rest of the country. The solution some NB have proposed is the use of the noun for person/individual in greek (which is a neutral noun) + that person's name, instead of neopronouns. For example, person X likes rock music, that is person X's car. Of course this is completely different than the neopronoun logic.
