I meant the song was already popular and getting the attention when they released it and not after some time like a sleeper hit. It hit no.1 on other charts which have realtime ranking on first day itself iirc.

Yes I like it. They just move differently from the rest of kpop who do reality show every week and does whatever fan service to fuel the parasocial obsession that we have got for our faves. Always humble even with their achievements. Rare in kpop to have a group like this. Me just enjoying it while it lasts
