My best friend and I met on an anime forum when I was 15 and she was 13. We met irl for the first time when I flew over to her country for a BTS concert and then next year she flew over to my place to stay with me for a week. I think they knew that meant it was over for them in said company, and as adults it was their choice to make. BTS get a lot of random and irrational hate, and a lot of it is really gross and damaging, but the one "scandal" of Jin eating clams on the day of the Olympics had me in tears. I was quoting "and now your oppa got caught eating clams" at my friends for weeks, you really can't make this shit up lmao

I hate how much BTS want this, because if they didn't we could all move on with our lives ignoring the Grammys permanently. Anyways, my money has always been on Exile, it's the kind of song the old white men of the voting inner circles always fall for.

Radio is by far the most easily manipulated metric that counts for charting, especially now that bundles took a hit, so I'm really happy about this. We still have to see how much exactly they reduced its weight tho, to figure out if there will be a big enough difference or if this is just in response to the payola stuff.
