Hope this post finds you well.
I have seen someone showed his concern by a post, but it seems that you did not even take a look at it. Considered that maybe because it was written in Vietnamese so you could not understand clearly, I am writing a proper post to send to you.
I hope you can give us the answer/respond for these following things:
1. Where have all the plans gone?
There were numerous plans and promises made: the third single, a new song, group activities. These were all publicly announced on the official Fanpage, with the company assuring fans that these projects would be released soon. Yet, there has been no action or sign from the company to indicate that these promises will be fulfilled. So let’s be clear—what’s happening with these plans? Have they already been completed but withheld from release, or has nothing been done at all, and they remain just empty promises? If they’ve been completed, why are they being withheld, and when will they finally be released? If nothing has been done, why make such promises to begin with? Why hasn’t any progress been made, and when will it happen, if ever? Will these promises be realized, or is the company just stringing us along before abandoning them completely?
2. Is the group still active?
The official Fanpage has been silent for far too long, signaling that the group is on the verge of collapse. There hasn’t even been a simple post to wish member Shynii a happy birthday, or any signs of preparation for the upcoming 3rd anniversary.
This silence is demoralizing to the fans, many of whom have begun to accept that the group's end is inevitable. Fans have been more than patient, giving the company chance after chance, staying quiet, and not forcing the company’s hand—because we believed in the group, in the members’ dreams.
But enough is enough. This endless delay is hurting the members, and the longer it drags on, the more damaging it will be for them. So we demand a clear answer: IS THE GROUP STILL ALIVE OR NOT?
If the group is still active, then prove it. Show us that the company is working to bring the group back, because from where we’re standing, there has been zero effort. If the company has no intention of reviving the group, then stop dragging this out and announce the disbandment. Fans may be able to endure the silence, but the members can’t. They’re holding on because they believe in the group’s future and want to achieve something. But since the beginning of the year, aside from a few YouTube videos and hidden personal activities, the group has been doing nothing. To make matters worse, after investigating, we’ve discovered that the company’s tax ID has been locked. If you want to avoid further damage, you’d better get on top of your tax situation before things spiral out of control.

Thank you for your message, and I deeply appreciate all the care, concern, and worry that you and the fans have shown for the members, the group, and the company.
I’ve read all the comments and have been carefully considering how to properly address the situation, especially as we’ve delayed sharing updates on the group’s current status.
After reflecting, I’ve realized there’s probably no better way than to be direct. I hope you’ll allow me to communicate openly and honestly, without too much formality, so that the message remains clear, authentic, and sincere.
We’ve encountered financial difficulties that have impacted our ability to operate the group.
This is no one’s fault but my own. As the CEO, it is my responsibility to ensure that the company is properly funded and that operations run smoothly. Unfortunately, in the month following our announcement of future plans, I personally faced unforeseen financial challenges, which led to delays in all our plans and activities.
Month after month, the situation didn’t improve. As a result, we internally discussed letting the members to focus on the areas of their careers they wished to develop further.
This led to an informal decision that the members would pursue their individual career paths while we continued to support each other as much as possible.
We have had ongoing discussions about a group comeback and are exploring how to resume group activities. However, truthfully, at this time, we are still facing significant financial challenges that we have yet to overcome.
There has been concern raised about my involvement in a new project called morei. Allow me to take this moment to explain its purpose. morei was created as a tool to support our members in exploring other areas of the entertainment industry. It’s true that morei has become my main focus for now, as we shift our efforts to stabilizing our financial situation.
Now, to address a very important point: there was never any intention to stop the work of the idol group. However, I realize that I made a mistake. Given my experience with a previous idol group that I produced, I became hesitant—this hesitation ultimately led to neglecting to announce the pause in group activities. I was concerned about repeating the same pattern, which caused me to make poor decisions and fail to communicate properly, leading to confusion and concern among fans.
For this, I sincerely apologize. I regret leaving the fans in the dark, and I understand the frustration this has caused.
Moving forward, I must be honest: there is no immediate sign of a comeback activity in the near future.
However, I will do everything I can to ensure that the members continue making progress in their individual career paths until there is a major decision regarding the group’s future.
As spoken out, I know that these words won’t fully resolve the frustration and upset feelings that many of you have.
However, I hope this message helps convey the current situation we are facing.

Rei Nuttanon Thank you for sharing your thoughts. In fact, we had already anticipated that the company was facing financial difficulties and thus couldn't invest in large projects. However, as I mentioned before, we are disappointed because there hasn't been any news at all. We have been here all this time because of the group. We don't mind waiting, but we need to know what we are waiting for, and whether what we are waiting for actually exists.
However, we cannot just receive information through a comment in a group like this. Please write an official announcement and post it publicly somewhere so that everyone can understand what is happening.
