Doing those things is fine,school kids do such things for fun and giggles but clicking photo's while doing it is really weird and not to mention as an idol these pics do compromise her and group's image quiet a lot.

Neither, just funny. I hope she doesn't get crap for it. But the company shouldn't have lied with that "the innocent angel didn't know what was on the blackboard and when she found out she was shocked and demanded it was cleaned right away" story, since a second pic at a different angle came out shortly after.

My hope is that Source say "Oh well, we'll have a bad girl concept. More cocks on the blackboard Garam!" It won't happen though lol
