Does 'Glitch Mode' have too much chanting?

I have seen this comment more than once and it's so weird to me when compared to Hot Sauce and other songs it's a lullaby, the 'chanting' on this song exists on like the 1st prechorus (the 'I'm on that Glitch mode' part, which is pretty short and it make sense because the song is building), and on like 2 rap verses. Are people at this point saying anything?
