i’ve begun to like natto beans as of late. When i first tried it, I thought it was so strange, since i’d never had anything like it before. But i kept trying it and now i don’t mind it’s strong taste. Similar experiences?

do you eat it with rice only or do you mix it with other foods? When i was dieting and still wanted the nutrition from the natto beans, i ate it with iceberg lettuce

The trick is to eat with hot rice and add a little soy sauce.

I usually eat natto with rice. But natto omelet is not bad if you are dieting.

OMG BUT I AM LIVING FOR THAT KIMCHI! The end result looks positively mouthwatering. I love the recipe though, i’ll just have to do some alterations if i want to hit an under 800-cal mark lol

I use olive oil. To keep it simple, I only use eggs, natto, and little green onion.
