AMY = Video , 80 Secs = Exiting JAIL VAN to enter COURT with Police.
Video Date = 2021.08.27 = AMY initial ARREST Date (*Holding Jail* since)
Obviously , AMY will now reside in the real S.K PRISON for likely
the next 2.5 YEARS ... AMY has already spent *6 Months* in S.K *Holding Jail*
Additionally , my understanding , is that once AMY is finally released
from S.K PRISON , *then* she will *likely* IMMEDIATELY be DEPORTED to USA nation.
Again , AMY is *not* a S.Korea citizen , her *family* does reside in S.Korea.
This PRISON Time Duration (3 YEARS for AMY)
is 6 months higher than the Prosecution's request for punishment.
(AMY's) Accomplice (Mr. OH) was sentenced
to 3 years and 6 months in prison.

Broadcaster (former S.K TV Actress) AMY (real name Lee Yun-ji, age 40), who was forcibly deported (to USA) for drug use and then tried drugs again after returning to Korea, was sentenced to three years in prison, heavier than the prosecution's requested punishment level.
The 1st Criminal Division of Wonju Branch of the Chuncheon District Court (Chief Judge Shin Gyo-shik) gave this sentence to AMY, who was charged with violating the Narcotics Control Act on the 3rd.
A 37-year-old accomplice, Mr. OH, who was also charged with drug use, was sentenced to three years and six months in prison.
The court ordered the two to complete a 40-hour drug addiction treatment program along with imprisonment.
AMY was handed over to trial on charges of administering methamphetamine six times from the end of April to the end of August last year (2021).
AMY's side denied the allegations in court, saying that it was done
(forced upon AMY) while involuntarily detained by Mr. OH.
However, the court did not accept this and judged that the crime was "bad", and sentenced her to three years in prison, which was heavier (by 6 Months duration) than the two years and six months that the Prosecution had requested.
Likewise, Mr. OH was also sentenced to three years and six months in prison, six months higher than the requested punishment.
AMY, a U.S. national (USA citizen , NOT S.K) , was arrested twice after being punished for taking (illegal drugs) propofol in 2012 and zolpidem in 2014.
