Thanks to "covy", not as much. I don't always see them stare because I'm usually focused on where I'm going or my internal dialog, but every so often you can just feel "eye beams" and can easily track them them back to their source..and even then sometimes they won't look away after that 1-2 second grace period.
Have you ever caught someone twice looking at you and they look away?
