Unpopular Opinion: Spotify streaming aren't anything grand to bragged about unless they're able to consistently getting high amount of streams

Unless they are bts and bp, the high amount of streams are very dependent on the song. Doesn't guarantee that the next song will do good. it's even more tragic that you're bragging about your faves being popular in the west when you ignored the important information - top countries ain't coming from western region.

Let me be honest unless your group is named BTS and maybe Blackpink I assure you no one and I mean absolutely no one outside of the kpop community knows or cares in the slightest about your group and the kpop community is so small in the west most people are embarrassed to tell friends they listen to kpop. I consider a group to have good Spotify streams if their b-sides can consistently crack 10M and beyond. And I mean Korean b-sides, not Japanese releases or OSTs since they don't have hype internationally. Groups like SKZ, EN-, and TXT are set in that regard.

Aespa don’t make music that appeals to anyone outside of Korea it’s ok to admit that. Even if it’s one or two songs like you say, that’s still better than zero.
