HONEST OPINIONS: BLACKPINK

If I’m being brutally honest, I used to be a fan but went off them after Kill this Love, I thought it was a shit song, they lip sync and they seem fake to me. I can’t stand the way Blinks carry on and they’ve only gotten big because of them.

The girl crush concept suits them to a T except for Jisoo oops, good at releasing bangers, probably the prettiest girl group all-around (it does help that they're only 4 members tho) with visuals that fit both eastern and western standards imo.

However, the members themselves are quite bland except for Jisoo again but this time in a positive way! and talent-wise, they're below average to average for kpop standards. The four main reasons why they're so hugely popular are:

• Catchy music
• Gorgeous/luxurious visuals
• Lisa

Basically, boys want them and girls want to be like them.
