Singing has better career longevity than dancing

Let's see 5 years down the road. These dancer idol might have lower back pain while idol who can sing gets matured voice and better techniques by aging

obviously nobody got a good solo career because of their dance skills, name at least 3 main dancer who got a good solo career

meanwhile visual and Main vocal are sure to get a good career, suzy, yoona, taeyeon, dara, etc...

even after 3-4 years idol can't do hard choregraphy, i remember how many idols said they struggle to do their old chore because their body isn't the same than before

Tbh I don’t get why people on here act like dancing matters lol no one will say next year this idol had the best dance performance on this date etc because every other person can learn to dance and it’s nothing new but people always remember great singers and their performances.

As long as they're taking in the millions right now, who cares? They can retire at a young age of 30.

True. Some of them could also branch out into other fields (acting, variety, producing, opening their own business), they don't have to necessarily go solo.

acting/CFS and solo songs are the way to go.

so in that regard, the visual and vocalists have an advantage in their long-term careers.

Thats because if you make music obviously people will care more about the quality of it than your dance, even if performance still is a crucial aspect in kpop.

Only kpop fans care so much about dancing. I mean it looks great but bad singing and bad songs won’t even save your dancing skills
