Mama was so boring worse than aaa

I don’t know if it’s the lack of audience but I felt like I was watching a school production show! I’m craving fan interaction and chants! noise! I’m getting sick of the fake cheers now…

AAA at least have diverse daesang.

MAMA 1 group win all award. Pretty much double the boring in the performance.

At least I get some SWF moment at the end.

Itzy delivered one of the best stage performances I've ever seen. Ryujin's fight scene saved mama 2021.

They handed all the awards to BTS wtf and if it was possible MAMA would've even handed them best girl group of the year award also it was so boring and it felt like the idols were forced to be there

The ArOTY, AOTY, and worldwide icon we all knew it was bts. The only daesang that was up for grabs was SOTY with next level. However, NL didn't have a physical album so it didn't really have a chance. TikTok was also going to BTS since they're the only group whose songs are widely used on the app (maybe blackpink but between the two bts wins). Worldwide Fans' Choice and best male group were also going to bts no question. That leaves best dance performance and best music video. These two are subjective so you can argue about who deserved it more. So out of 9 awards they won 7 without any questions asked so it was just their achievements and not mama just giving it to them.

As for performances I loved skz, itzy, and txt. En and BG was also pretty good. They weren't the best performaces but most top idol groups didn't come. Some people actually liked that it gave a chance for other groups.
