thoughts on this matter?

what are your thoughts on stans who are not satisfied with their fave's recent releases, for example for the past 1-2 years?

personally, i have advised my fried to just unstan one of her fave girl group because she kept complaining on recent releases. she said she won't unstan... I just don't get it. LOL

any thoughts or experience on this matter?

maybe bc they are still hopeful that their fave might release a song they like. happened with me as well. I didn't like my fave's comebacks in 2019 but I didn't unstan them for it. Now I'm happy with their music direction. Some of us are just so patient when it comes to our faves lol.

Depends on the number of releases. If they have had 2 comebacks or 3 then I would personally wait for 1 or 2 more. And if it looks like this is the direction they will be taking then I would unstan.

And if I don't like even one song in those 2-3 cbs then I would unstan too.

Why would anyone keep stanning an artist that has been releasing music they don't like for 2 years? It doesn't make sense. People put so much importance on this ridiculous concept of loyalty, this is not your mother or SO, it's just a musical act. Put yourself and your entertainment first.

Then they like the idols not necessarily the music.

I like visuals

They may like their variety, personalities, performances, not necessary just music

Not all fans are just about music, sure music is the most important thing its nit the only thing
