Amy, arrested for "third drug offense" ; 2021.08.29

After 7 months since the broadcaster Amy (real name Lee Yoon-ji, 39) returned from being deported for drug administration, she was finally arrested for touching drugs.

According to the drug crime investigation unit of the Gangwon Provincial Police Agency on the 28th, the Chuncheon District Court issued an arrest warrant for Amy, who is suspected of violating the law on drug management.

The court issued the warrant, believing Amy may flee or destroy evidence.

(Note: So , fairly sure AMY is being held in a Holding Jail , pending Court action)

Amy was arrested without warrant on the afternoon of the 26th on charges of possible illegal drugs usage regarding Drug Management (S.K Law) in Siheung, Gyeonggi-do. Amy was arrested on suspicion of drugs possession during a drug offender investigation.

Amy is known to have admitted all the charges during a police investigation.

Amy, a U.S. national (citizen) , made her name known by appearing in (K-TV Network) OLIVE's "The Evil Women's Diary Season 3," which TV aired in 2008. She was at the center of controversy, however, after being sentenced to eight months in prison and two years of probation for taking propofol in 2012.

At the time of the sentence, Amy wrote a law-abiding pledge that she would not raise any objection , even if she was forced to leave the country again if she broke the law. But she was forced to leave the S.K country (Deported to the USA) in December 2015 , after being fined for taking (drug) zolpidem in September 2014, when she was under (S.K Court) Probation time period.

She returned to South Korea in January 2021 , after her forced departure period

    (S.K Deportation to USA) expired.
